As I watched and listened to Mr. Obama in one of his speeches last week he was reiling about the Tea Party activists on tax day protesting his administration and our current congress.

 He made the statement that he did not understand what all the fuss was about, that these folks should be "Thanking him"!

I want to know just what we are supposed to "Thank him" for:

Is it spending billions of taxpayer dollars to "Bailout" big banks and financial institutions?

Is it the government take over of General Motors and

Chrysler?

Is it the government take over of one sixth of the National GDP with their massive supposed to be Health Care (Power Grab)?

Oh, I know, it could be the government take over of the student loan program. Thus being able to dictate what schools students can attend and what curriculum they must study. Then after graduation go into "Government Service".

Or maybe it’s the massive tax rate increases coming when the Bush tax cuts expire. Along with the VAT tax and an additional 15 cents per gallon tax on gas.

Or could it be the 9.7% national average un-employment rate??

Maybe it’s the $1.5 TRILLION additional dollars added to the national debt in one year?

Maybe it’s for the cutting of Medicare benefits by $500 billion dollars that our seniors rely on for health coverage? Which they paid for through their Medicare tax dollars.

Maybe it’s because seniors on Social Security did NOT receive their cost of living raise of 3 lousy percent and will not for the next two years which they also paid for with their tax dollars. But members of congress voted themselves an additional $93,000 each increase in their annual "Expense Funds" to party on.

It might be for the coming Cap and Trade legislation that will regulate every aspect of our personal lives up to and including what appliances we can have in our homes and how many gallons of water we can use to take a shower??

Or maybe it will be for giving amnesty to all the illegal aliens crossing our borders in clear violation of our immigration laws.

You think it might be for the weakening of our military putting our national security at risk in the name of appeasing our enemies??

Could it be the new legislation now before congress and passed by the House giving you and your treasury secretary the SOLE ABSOLUTE POWER to take over, shut down and sell off any private businesses that you feel is not being run as you think it should with no oversight by congress or even recourse to the judicial branch by the business owners.?

Maybe it’s for the utter disrespect you show for the American People, the Constitution, and The Founding Father’s Principles which have thus far made this country great?

Maybe it’s for the disrespect you and your wife have shown for the Flag of our nation by either not saluting or saluting with your LEFT HAND. (I have the Pictures).

So, I ask you, just what are we supposed to be Thanking YOU for?? Converting our form of government from a Government of the people, by the people, and for the people into a Communist Dictatorship?

I don’t mean to burst your arrogant self – righteous bubble but this is still America. There is a major storm coming in November 2010 the likes of which this nation has not seen in 100 years. That storm is going to sweep through WashingtonDC like a Cat. 5 hurricane blowing through the corrupt halls of congress, washing it clean with it’s torrential rains, and when the sun comes back out True American Patriots will be filling the halls of congress and your little regime will be rendered powerless! Your day of reckoning, along with Pelosi, Reid and the rest of your cohorts is coming. We the people are going to take back OUR country at the ballot box.
