Chairman
Phillip C Burnette is the founder and President of The Burnette Financial Group, Inc. located in Henderson, NC. He is married to the former Jean Layne of South Hill, Va., and they have two sons, Daniel age 11 and Joseph age 9. He is a past Chairman of the Henderson Vance Chamber of Commerce, has served as President of the Henderson Lions Club and currently serves as Treasurer and is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Vance County Community Endowment Foundation. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Henderson where he has also served on the Finance Committee.Vice Chairman
Ray Pegram, Jr. is the President of the Pegram Agency a local Nationwide Insurance branch office. He is graduate of NC State University in 1990 and is married to the former Peggy Moss from St. Albans, WV and together they have two children Zachary age 11 and Elizabeth age 8. He is a member of Cary Baptist Church and has been an active member in the community for years including United Way board.Secretary
Cathie Clodfelter
Cathie is the former Cathie Shoaf of Lexington, NC and is married to Craig Clodfelter. Together they have two sons and two grandchildren. Both Cathie and Craig have been active in local community politics for years.
